Did you know that many people do not visit your Facebook fan page wall, but rather connect with you through their daily Facebook News Feed?
Do you know that some people may never visit your Facebook fan page, yet are a fan of your page? They can do this by Liking your page from another web site or page on the Internet. After they Like your page in that manner they will begin seeing your posts in their News Feed. So, unless you invite them to visit your wall, or give them a reason to visit your page, they may never ever see your Facebook fan page.
The normal person who is logged into their own Facebook personal page will see your Facebook posts through their NEWS FEED, not by going to your Facebook wall.
So, what does that mean for you as a business owner? It means that you must find a way to pull your fans into your Facebook page. How can this be done? My company has a very unique way to connect with our fans each Friday morning. We hold a Facebook Expert Friday session.
We call this Facebook Expert Friday!
Each Friday from 11 am - 12:00 noon, the CEO of Fast Tweets, Nancy Brown, meets on her Facebook wall to answer Social Media and business questions from his fans. This session began at the end of Dec 2010 and it has become an instant success with the Facebook fans!
This technique of connecting with your clients and fans on Facebook is one of many techniques taught by Fast Tweets LLC to help your business use social media successfully. You can learn more about the social media management options we offer at http://www.FastTweets.com. You may contact us at tweets@FastTweets.com.
You can connect with our CEO each Friday from 11 am - 12 noon for the weekly Fast Tweets Facebook Expert Friday session. Nancy Brown will be there to answer your Social Media questions and give tips and tricks to make you a success!

But do you really want to drive them to your Facebook Page? Or your website? Isn't the point of social media ULTIMATELY to drive sales (of some kind)? If so, shouldn't we be driving people to the end zone, rather to another intermediary? If they have already "Liked" your Facebook page (which they must have to see your posts regularly in their newsfeed) then we must strive to drive them into a deeper connection with your brand - to the mothership so to speak.

Excellent comment! The reason that you want to drive anyone to your Facebook page is to have the one on one conversation with them to ultimately answer their questions and to get the sale if they and you both feel they need your product or service. I choose to use that hour to help business owners who are struggling with social media and want to learn more. As you know, 99% of your fans never visit your fan page once they become your fan. So, Facebook Expert Friday is the PERFECT way to connect with clients and potential clients. This is how you strive to drive them into a deeper connection with your brand. My connection with them makes them feel good about my services, thus they will trust me and then that is when they will buy.

Hi Nancy
If my fans are not visiting my fan page how would I let them know that I was planning a Q&A session there?
